Our fish are caught in the Mediterranean and Black Sea and immediately placed into a strict cold-chain network. By bypassing slow market chains, we deliver directly to your doorstep in the shortest time possible to guarantee peak freshness.
Do you clean the fish before delivery?
Yes! All our fish are professionally gutted, scaled, and cleaned in our hygienic facilities, arriving at your kitchen ready to cook. Please note that Anchovies (Hamsi) are delivered whole and are excluded from the cleaning service.
Do you deliver outside of London?
We offer same-day and next-day delivery to London and surrounding areas. You can easily check if we deliver to your address by entering your postcode at the checkout, or feel free to contact our support team.
How is the cold chain maintained during transit?
Your orders are packed inside premium insulated boxes with specialized ice gel packs to preserve freshness and delivered straight to your doorstep.
Is there a minimum order limit, and how much is delivery?
We offer FREE nationwide delivery on all orders over £100. For orders under £100, a standard delivery fee applies depending on your zone, which you can view during checkout.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Due to the perishable nature of fresh seafood, processed orders cannot be cancelled. However, we assume full responsibility until it hits your doorstep; if anything is wrong upon arrival, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
Not necessarily. Since our items are packed with specialized ice gel packs inside insulated boxes, they can stay perfectly fresh on your doorstep for hours. You can leave specific delivery instructions (e.g., "leave with neighbor" or "safe place") at checkout.
