Not at all. We clean, gut, and vacuum-pack your fish in premium, leak-proof packaging. It is then placed inside temperature-controlled insulated boxes with specialized gel ice packs.
Can I get my fish cleaned and gutted?
Yes, absolutely. On the product page, you can choose how you want it prepared: whole, scaled & gutted, or filleted.
Do you deliver outside of London?
We offer same-day and next-day delivery to London and surrounding areas. You can easily check if we deliver to your address by entering your postcode at the checkout, or feel free to contact our support team.
How is the cold chain maintained during transit?
Your orders are packed inside premium insulated boxes with specialized ice gel packs to preserve freshness and delivered straight to your doorstep.
Is there a minimum order limit, and how much is delivery?
We offer FREE nationwide delivery on all orders over £100. For orders under £100, a standard delivery fee applies depending on your zone, which you can view during checkout.
Can I freeze the fish if I don't cook it immediately?
Yes, absolutely! Because our local fish is delivered fresh (never previously frozen) under strict cold-chain conditions, it is 100% safe to freeze at home immediately upon arrival for future meals.
What if I am not home when the delivery arrives?
No worries. Our specialized insulated packaging keeps the fish at safe, refrigerator temperatures for up to 24 hours on your doorstep. You can leave specific "safe place" delivery notes (e.g., leave with a neighbour or in the porch) at checkout.
