Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, we will send you an email with your order confirmation. If any of the details contained within the confirmation email are incorrect, please contact us immediately on 07825 194607
Minimum Order
Minimum order is £50.
Delivery Costs
At checkout, your delivery cost will automatically be calculated depending on your postcode. The delivery fee is calculated by the courier company and the fee is dependent on distance.
Payment Options
We accept major bank cards and we also accept payment by PayPal.
Guarantee
We are dedicated to providing high quality seafood products at affordable prices to the door steps of our customers. We are confident about the range of products we offer however if you are not satisfied with any of our products, please contact us within 2 days of receipt of your order.

Amendments to Your Order
If you wish to make any amendments to your order, you can do this by email or by telephone.
Amendments made by email must be sent to us 48 hours prior to dispatch. Amendments by telephone must be made 24 hours before the date of dispatch.
Cancelling Your Order
At Seafood Xpress, we are committed to delivering the freshest seafood possible. Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we will work with you to resolve any issues.
Unavailable Items
If there are any items in your order which are out of stock, we are entitled to substitute such item with an alternative item which is a similar product or with an item which costs the same or more.
Delivery Address
At checkout, please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address. Your order will be delivered to the address entered at checkout and we will not be responsible for failed deliveries which are caused by an incorrect address being entered at checkout and/or for customers providing incomplete information in fields which are required to be completed. If you specify in advance, our courier can leave it at your neighbor's or a safe place.
Delivery Times
Your order will be delivered to you by APC. APC deliver Tuesday to Saturday between 08:00 - 16:00
Amendments to Your Delivery via Courier
APC may offer customers the option to reschedule a delivery or to deliver to a different address. This may result in a delay of the delivery of your items and as the items in your order will need to remain cold, we do not recommend that you make changes to your delivery arrangements.
Should you decide to amend your delivery arrangements via APC, we will not be responsible for the consequences.
On the delivery date, please ensure that you are checking your mobile phone regularly for delivery updates and ensure that you are monitoring your front door. Please also ensure that somebody is home to accept the delivery.
The delivery driver will need to drop off your package very quickly and may therefore not have an opportunity to call you if there is no one to accept the delivery. If you need to leave your house for a short amount of time, if possible, please leave a note on your front door with instructions for the delivery driver, such as an appropriate place to leave the parcel.
Late Deliveries
As Seafood Xpress, we will always aim to deliver your order to you on the delivery day you select. In rare circumstances, your order may be delivered later than the delivery date you select. Such delays may be caused by traffic incidents, delivery driver errors or mistakes made by the courier company. We cannot prevent these issues as they are out of our control and so by placing an order, you agree to accept that your order may be delivered to you later than the chosen delivery date.
If you have placed an order which includes frozen products and if your order is delivered to you later than your delivery date, we cannot guarantee that your frozen product will be frozen on arrival. If your frozen product is cold as opposed to frozen upon arrival, it will usually be safe to refreeze this. However, if the products are not cold, then we do not recommend that you consume these products and we will issue a refund to you. For us to be able to issue a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and you must also provide us with proof that you accepted the delivery.
Non-delivery
If you do not receive your delivery by the delivery window, please contact us on 07825 194607 before the end of your delivery date. If you receive a text message from APC which states that your order has been delivered but you have not in fact received your delivery, please telephone us immediately upon receipt of the text message so that we may contact the courier company to resolve this issue.
Missing Items
If you notice that any items are missing from your order, you must telephone us on 07825 194607 within 24 hours of receiving your order. Alternatively, send us an email on info@seafoodxpress.co.uk

DELIVERY & SHIPPING TERMS
We take pride in delivering the freshest seafood right to your door. Please review our shipping terms carefully before placing your order:
1. Shipping Areas
We currently deliver across United Kingdom. Exclude North Ireland.
2. Delivery Schedule
Delivery is made within 1 day after orders are prepared.
We do not deliver on Sundays, Monday or public holidays.
3. Packaging & Freshness
All seafood is packed in temperature-controlled, insulated packaging to maintain freshness during transit.
4. Shipping Fees
Free delivery for orders above £100.
A standard shipping fee of applies to smaller orders.
5. Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable to receive your delivery, our courier will attempt a redelivery or leave your parcel in a safe location (if instructed). We cannot be responsible for spoilage due to missed deliveries.
6. Delivery Delays
Delivery will be made by 16:00 at the latest on the delivery day.
While we strive for on-time delivery, delays due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen events are beyond our control. We will notify you promptly of any changes.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status in real time.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At Seafood Xpress, we are committed to delivering the freshest seafood possible. Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we will work with you to resolve any issues.
1. When Refunds Apply
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
Your order arrives damaged or in poor condition. You receive the wrong product or missing items. Your order fails to arrive within the agreed delivery timeframe.
2. How to Request a Refund
Contact our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
3. Refund Process
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
If preferred, we can offer store credit or a replacement delivery instead of a refund.
4. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for customer mistakes (wrong address provided, unavailable to receive delivery, etc.).
We cannot refund products that have been improperly stored after delivery.
