How to cook fresh Cod Fillet?

Classic Beer-Battered Fish & Chips: Dip fillets in a light batter made of flour, cold beer, and baking powder. Deep-fry at 180°C for 5–6 minutes until golden brown and super crisp.

Oven Baked: Top fillets with a mixture of breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, fresh parsley, and melted butter. Bake at 200°C for 12–15 minutes until flaky and golden.
