How to Cook Lemon Sole?

Classic Sole Meunière: Lightly dust whole or filleted Lemon Sole in seasoned flour. Pan-fry in a hot skillet with foaming butter for 2–3 minutes per side. Finish with a generous squeeze of fresh lemon juice and chopped parsley.

Oven-Baked: Place fillets on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, white wine, and capers. Bake at 180°C for 8–10 minutes until the flesh turns opaque and flakes easily.

Rolled & Stuffed (Paupiettes): Take skinless fillets, spread a thin layer of crab meat or herb butter, roll them up tightly, and poach gently in a light seafood broth.
Storage & Handling Instructions

Refrigeration: Store in the coldest part of your fridge (0°C to 2°C) in its original chilled packaging. Because it is a delicate fish, we highly recommend consuming it within 1 to 2 days of arrival.

Freezing: Suitable for home freezing. If filleted or gutted, vacuum-seal or wrap tightly in cling film and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge before cooking.
