How to Cook Fresh Sea Bass?

Mediterranean Oven Roast: Stuff the cleaned cavities with lemon slices, crushed garlic, and fresh rosemary. Drizzle with olive oil and sea salt, then roast whole at 200°C for 22–25 minutes.

Gourmet BBQ Grill: Score the skin diagonally, rub with olive oil and herbs, and grill over medium-hot coals for 6–8 minutes per side until the skin is wonderfully crisp.
