How to cook fresh baby whiting?

Pan-Fried (Crispy & Quick): Lightly coat whole, gutted baby whiting in seasoned flour or cornmeal. Pan-fry in hot butter or olive oil for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and flaky. Finish with sea salt and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.

Oven Baked: Drizzle with olive oil, fresh thyme, garlic, and cherry tomatoes. Bake at 190°C for 12–15 minutes.
