How to Cook Fresh Sea Bream?

Mediterranean Oven Roast: Stuff the cleaned cavities with lemon slices, garlic cloves, fresh rosemary, and parsley. Drizzle generously with extra virgin olive oil and roast whole at 200°C for 22–25 minutes.

Gourmet BBQ Grill: Brush whole fish with oil and salt. Grill over charcoal or on a hot barbecue grate for 6–8 minutes per side until the skin is bubbly and crispy.

Crispy Pan-Seared Fillets: If filleted, fry skin-side down in a hot skillet with butter and olive oil for 3 minutes, flip gently and finish for 1 minute.
