Oven Baked with Herbs: Lay the fish in a baking tray, drizzle generously with premium olive oil, and top with thin slices of garlic, fresh rosemary or thyme, and lemon. Bake at 190°C for 12–15 minutes until the white flesh flakes easily with a fork."
