How to Cook Fresh Haddock Fillets?

Classic Beer-Battered Haddock: Dip fillets into a light batter of flour, cold beer, and baking powder. Deep-fry in hot oil at 180°C for 5–6 minutes until golden, crispy, and bubbling.

Herb Breadcrumb Baked Haddock: Top fillets with a mix of panko breadcrumbs, melted butter, lemon zest, and fresh parsley. Bake at 200°C for 12–15 minutes.

Pan-Seared in Garlic Butter: Cook skin-side down (or flat) in a hot skillet with olive oil for 3 minutes, flip gently, add garlic butter, and spoon over the fish for another 2 minutes.
