Whole Oven Roasted: Make 3 deep diagonal slashes on each side of the fish. Rub with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Stuff the cavity with lemon slices, fresh cilantro (coriander), and crushed garlic cloves. Bake at 200°C for 20–25 minutes until the skin turns crispy and flesh flakes easily.
