How to cook fresh Grouper Hamour?

Middle Eastern Oven Roasted (Sayadieh Style): Score the fish on both sides. Season generously with ground cumin, coriander, turmeric, garlic powder, sea salt, and olive oil. Roast at 200°C for 20–25 minutes until the skin is crisp and flesh is moist and flaky. Serve over caramelized onion rice.
