Currently, we offer this product as Whole (Standard) or Fully Cleaned & Gutted (scaled and eviscerated) to protect the flesh during transit. Portioning it at home right before cooking ensures the juiciest results!

Can I freeze the meat if I cannot consume it all at once?

Yes, absolutely! Since it is delivered completely fresh, you can clean and fillet the tuna upon arrival, cut it into individual steak portions, wrap them tightly in cling film, and freeze them for up to 3 months.
