How do you ship smoked products to ensure they don't spoil?
We use thick, vacuum-sealed barrier packaging to lock in the aroma and freshness. The products are then nestled into insulated shipping boxes packed with heavy-duty gel ice packs, ensuring they stay safely chilled and pristine throughout the journey to your door.
Is your smoked fish ready to eat straight out of the package?
Yes! All of our smoked fish selections are fully cured and ready to serve. You can slice and enjoy them straight from the fridge in salads, on bagels, or lightly warmed up as part of a main dish.
Do you deliver outside of London?
We offer same-day and next-day delivery to London and surrounding areas. You can easily check if we deliver to your address by entering your postcode at the checkout, or feel free to contact our support team.
Are the weights listed for whole fish or cleaned fish?
The weights displayed refer to the whole fish before cleaning. Please note that scaling and gutting will result in a weight loss, meaning the final net weight delivered will be less than the initial weight ordered.
How are the portions packed? Can I request specific portion sizes?
We pack each order fresh according to your specific purchase. However, if you have a special request for your fish, please specify it in the "Order Notes" section during checkout.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Due to the perishable nature of fresh seafood, processed orders cannot be cancelled. However, we assume full responsibility until it hits your doorstep; if anything is wrong upon arrival, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Do you sell frozen seafood, or is everything fresh?
Our focus is strictly on 100% premium fresh seafood. We never sell frozen fish; everything we source is fresh from the catch and delivered directly to you to guarantee peak quality and taste.
